Some things we know...you need to know

Administrator Privileges Needed on some systems – Right click the Song Solution icon – go to – Compatibility and check the box next to “Run As Administrator”
Updater Problems for installs prior to April 15, 2020 – file permission settings did not allow the PHSF_Updater.exe to update the program. Fix the problem by going to C:\Program Files (x86)\PHSF find the PHSF_Updater.exe file, Right click then go to – Compatibility and check the box next to “Run As Administrator”. Then run the file (PHSF_Updater.exe). If that does not fix it, Contact Us.
Access Database Read/Write Permissions MUST be set – Go to ThisPC – file:///C:/Program Files (x86)/PHSF – find PHSF.accdb – Right click – Properties – Security and set the appropriate user to have Full Control of the file.
TrendMicro, Acronis Active Protection, Avast Antivirus and other such programs may require that you “allow” the worship planning software to make changes to files – the worship planner needs to be able to make a few temporary files, then delete them to function properly. Sometimes Avast attempts to identify the PHSF.exe as a trojan or virus but it is NOT! The program collects nothing from the user and only checks if a newly entered Key is valid or checks for update on launch. See Avast Virus Scan
